Paleo Cherry Chocolate Cobbler

This Paleo Cherry Chocolate Cobbler is made with dark chocolate and juicy red cherries. Without refined sugar or flour, this recipe is 100%paleo-approved and gluten-free. It's rich, sweet, and a little tangy!

Cherry Chocolate Filling

  • 2.5 cups red cherries pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks plus more for topping
  • 2 tsp tapioca flour
  • 2 tsp stevia extract powder or liquid
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup steel cut oats soaked
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp stevia extract powder or liquid
  • 3 tbs ghee melted


  • Preheat the oven to 375F and coat a 9x9 baking dish with nonstick spray, ghee, or coconut oil.
  • Combine all the crumble ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  • After de-pitting and halving the cherries, mix with remaining fillling ingredients.
  • Pour cherry filling mixture into the dish. Top with crumble mixture. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve warm or cool, depending on your preference!
