Paleo Cherry Chocolate Cobbler
This Paleo Cherry Chocolate Cobbler is made with dark chocolate and juicy red cherries. Without refined sugar or flour, this recipe is 100%paleo-approved and gluten-free. It's rich, sweet, and a little tangy!
Cherry Chocolate Filling 2.5 cups red cherries pitted and halved 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks plus more for topping 2 tsp tapioca flour 2 tsp stevia extract powder or liquid 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract Crumble 3/4 cup almond flour 3/4 cup steel cut oats soaked 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 tsp stevia extract powder or liquid 3 tbs ghee melted
Preheat the oven to 375F and coat a 9x9 baking dish with nonstick spray, ghee, or coconut oil. Combine all the crumble ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. After de-pitting and halving the cherries, mix with remaining fillling ingredients. Pour cherry filling mixture into the dish. Top with crumble mixture. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve warm or cool, depending on your preference!
