As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I firmly believe in bio-individuality; that is, every client is an individual with unique health needs. There is no one-fits-all-approach.

In my Nutritional Therapy practice, I will dig deeper to understand the root cause of every symptom. Through an extensive nutrition questionnaire, initial interview, functional evaluation, lingual-neuro testing, and additional lab work, I will gain a better understanding of your body’s needs.
