What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a food-first approach to healing. It addresses the unique nutritional needs of every individual.

The Nourished Approach

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I firmly believe in bio-individuality; that is, every client is an individual with unique health needs. There is no one-fits-all-approach.

In my Nutritional Therapy practice, I will dig deeper to understand the root cause of every symptom. Through an extensive nutrition questionnaire, initial interview, functional evaluation, lingual-neuro testing, and additional lab work, I will gain a better understanding of your body’s needs.

Who is Nutritional Therapy for?

Due to the epidemic of chronic inflammation today, I confidently believe that anyone and everyone can benefit from Nutritional Therapy.

However, the Nourished Approach specializes in the following:

Digestive & Gut Health

Skin Health

Chronic Inflammation

Food Sensitivities & Allergies

Hormonal Imbalances

Weight Loss

If you suffer from any of the following symptoms, Nutritional Therapy can help identify why you are experiencing symptoms, address any imbalances or dysfunctions in the body, and provide effective protocols for healing from the inside-out:

 Gas and bloating

Indigestion or GERD

Constipation and/or diarrhea

Irregular periods

Adult acne

Weight gain

Chronic fatigue

Low libido

Hypo or hyperthyroidism

High cholesterol or blood pressure

Frequent headaches or migraines

Low immunity
