Y’all seem to really enjoy these “What I Ate in a Day” posts. And, I totally get it. No judgement here ’cause I like seeing what others eat, too.. LOL. Truthfully, I often take photos of my meals anyways. So, I might as well put them to good use!
After being on vacation last week in California and enjoying a lot of wine and chocolate cake (#noshame), I am back to the basics this week. I just love eating home-cooked meals after several days of eating out. And, I know I’m not the only one!

Meal #1 (pre-workout):
2 pastured eggs
Roasted sweet potato with spinach & ghee
1/2 granny smith apple
Coffee with unsweetened almond milk & cinnamon
Meal #2 (post-workout):
Leftover Bacon Holy Guacamole mixed with Starkist wild caught salmon and Siete Foods Sea Salt Tortilla Chips
Meal #3:
I like the Vanilla Shortbread and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavors.
Meal #4: (forgot to photograph)
Grass fed ground beef
Sautéed cauliflower, bell pepper, and red onion with ghee and coconut aminos
Ginger Ale Zevia
Meal #5:
Chocolate chia seed pudding with Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
