After making a few batches of my {Superfood} Dark Chocolate Granola, I was hooked on the crunchy & sweet combination. And although I can never tire of dark chocolate, I was craving a different taste- something salty. So, the brainstorming began.
It didn’t take long until I settled on one of my favorite foods in the world… Peanut butter. Who else can manage to miraculously make a whole jar of peanut butter disappear in one sitting? I swear it’s a talent and a curse.
A little sweet, a little salty, and a little crunchy- bingo! This recipe is great to snack on by itself, or mix it into some greek yogurt.
