As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I firmly believe in bio-individuality; that is, every client is an individual with unique imbalance and health needs. There is no one-fits-all-approach. In My Nutritional Therapy practice, I will dig deeper to understand the root cause of every symptoms. Through an extensive Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire, Initial Interview, Functional Assessment, Lingual-Neuro Testing, and additional lab work, I will gain a better understanding of your body’s needs.

  • 4 weeks of custom workouts, according to your fitness goal (ie. fat loss, muscle building, performance)
  • 4 weeks of Nutritional Therapy services
  • 1 virtual check-in every week (30 minutes)
  • Dietary, supplementary, and lifestyle recommendations
  • $10 off The Nourished Monthly Meal Plan

Investment: $250

This custom meal plan includes:

  • Meals based on your health goals and dietary needs 
  • Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
  • Weekly grocery lists
  • Your choice of the following recipe types: Make-ahead, crock-pot, one-pan, 60 minute recipes
  • Consideration for special dietary needs and preferences

Initial Session

During the Initial Session, we will deep dive into your:

  • Current and past medical history
  • Diet and lifestyle
  • Health symptoms and concerns

We will review all client forms, including:

  • the Initial Interview
  • the 300 Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire
  • Food & Mood Journal

Functional Assessment*

The Functional Assessment helps identify the root cause of any and all imbalances in the body. It consists of hand-on palpations and lingo-neuro testing.

Upon completion of the Initial Session and Functional Assessment*, I will provide recommendations for diet, supplement, and lifestyle changes.

Monthly Follow-Up Sessions

Monthly follow-ups are virtual or in-person sessions to review your progress and any challenges. 

We will discuss your custom protocol and make any necessary adjustments too ensure your success with Nutritional Therapy.
