Last week, I took a poll on Instagram. I was curious if y’all wanted to see “What I Ate in a Day” (WIAD) posts on Treasured Tablespoons. The results were almost unanimous. 90% voted “yes!” So, here we are.
I have to admit, when I first learned what WIAD posts were, I thought it was silly. I didn’t understand why anyone would care to see what someone ate in a day. But, after a little while, I started to enjoy them! And here’s why:
- I gained inspiration for new recipes.
- I discovered new, healthy meal and snack ideas.
- I learned to accept and appreciate that everyone’s bodies are different, therefore everyone’s diets are different.
I’m not sure why you are reading this WIAD posts. Maybe you can relate to the points above. Or maybe you have your own reasons for reading. That being said, I asked, you voted, so I’m delivering. If there’s one thing I can promise to you, my readers, it’s that I will always strive to provide the content you wish to see, even if that means taking ugly photos of my daily meals and sharing them for all to see ;)
