I have been craving salmon lately. Sadly, as much as I love it, it’s somewhat of a luxury right now (why is salmon so dang expensive??). But, this weekend, I caved and bought myself a small piece of wild Atlantic salmon.
Baked, grilled, steamed, or cooked in a skillet, salmon can be prepared so many different ways (and they are all so delicious). I typically bake my salmon with sea salt, black pepper, lemon, and garlic.. Easy peasy. However, I was feeling creative this time around and wanted to up the ante. Luckily, this new recipe couldn’t have turned out any better… Flavorful, juicy, sweet and spicy. Mmmm.
I paired this delicious salmon dish with Sautéed Asparagus. Talk about a tasty combo! Light, healthy, and oh-so yummy.
