Christmas is just a few, short days away! Can you believe it? This year, B and I will be spending Christmas in California with my family and I just can’t wait. Not only am I stoked to spend the holidays with my family, but also for the cold, crisp air, family traditions, and baking in momma’s kitchen. And you bet we’ll be baking a healthy assortment of cookies from this Christmas Cookie Roundup!
What is a Christmas Cookie Roundup
Christmas cookies are non-negotiable for any Christmas celebration, so what better way to share all the best cookie recipes of the season than with a Christmas Cookie Roundup? I’m talking about: traditional gingerbread, chewy chocolate chip, no bake cookie dough bites, peppermint crinkle, and more. I promise I’ve got you covered with the tastiest Paleo-approved cookies because there’s just nothing quite like a beautiful, delicious assortment of Christmas cookies to choose from. I’m just picturing a cookie-themed charcuterie board… Anyone else??
And because I love dessert so much, I decided to throw in other paleo-approved Christmas desserts, including: brownies, crisps, pies, and more. Find these other tasty sweet treats, below!

Like I said above, my family will be enjoying a healthy assortment of desserts. Simply because we’re Italian and dessert is of the utmost importance. As is the wine (lol). I will be contributing with my Paleo Pecan Cookie Dough Bites and the Lively Table’s Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie (because it was so popular at Thanksgiving)! And, for those who are not dairy-free or gluten-free, we will also be making a batch of the best dark chocolatey brownies by Ghirardelli and the family favorite, Buckeye Pie.
What desserts will you be serving at your Christmas celebration??
